Information Operations Impact on Command and Control Systems Symposium
On 14 to 15 May, 1997, in Bedford, Massachusetts, the National Military
Intelligence Association and the New England Chapter (NMIA),with the
support of the Air Force Electronic Systems Center, will co-sponsor an
"Information Operations Impact On Command and Control Systems"
Symposium. Speakers within various government agencies and services
will discuss the changing role of the processing, exploitation, and
dissemination of information in support of diverse levels of command
and control systems from the field to the headquarters level.
Discussions will include new concepts, emerging requirements, and
systems solutions both within the military services and government DoD
and non-DoD agencies. The classification level of the symposium is
SECRET. There will also be an opportunity for industry technology
exhibits within the symposium areas. Cost of symposium attendance is
$375.00 for non-NMIA members, $325.00 for NMIA members, and $200.00 for
government attendees. Cost of exhibit spaces range between $750.00 and
