Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering and transportation necessary to perform grounds maintenance service in approximately 71 acres at the Naval Complex, Pensacola, FL. The contract is a combination firm-fixed price/indefinite quantity type contract which includes but is not limited to mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, shrub and tree maintenance, removal and replacement of dead or undersirable plants, bushes, scrub oaks, mulching, flower bed maintenance, ditch maintenance, clearing, maintenance landscaping, raking, cleaning-up and other adjunctive services. The Contractor's labor force shall include employment of an agronomist, with a Bachelor Degree in Agronomy from an accredited state land-grant university to act as a consultant to the Contractor.
