The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the following repairs to the existing buildings and incidental related work: (a) removal of existing roofing, sheet metal work, roof insulation, and installation of new roofing, flashing and insulation; (b) removal of existing roof mounted mechanical and electrical equipment, and installation of new roof mounted equipment; and (c) removal of existing flooring and installation of new flooring.
