Construction features include concrete slab on grade with concrete spread footings, structural steel frame, metal stud exterior walls with brick veneer, metal roof deck with modified bitumen built-up roof, plumbing, HVAC & electrical systems, site improvements including chain fencing, landscaping with irrigation system, CCTV, security system, utilities, and other work associated with Postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 with completion within 330 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
