The items have been partially manufactured and are located at Defense Supply Center Mechanicsburg, PA. Along with certain parts and components. Prospective of offerors are encouraged to visit the facilities for for personnel inspection of the machines, parts and components prior to submitting a quote. The government will not be held responsible for any additional contract cost for pompletion of manufacture on any items that could have been determined during a pre-quote inspection of the items. Performance time is 90 days after receipt of the contract items at contractor's facilities. Shipment to the successful contractor's place of manufacture will be by government GBL. The contractor is responsible for shipping cost to end-user location in Crane, IN. A performanceBond will be required prior to government shipment of machines and component.
