Defense Supply Center, Richmond, VA proposes to purchase the following requirements by competitive negotiation FFP contract award utilizing the submission of technical proposals. SP0410-97-R0886 will include the SOW/technical specification and drawings detailing the requirements which covers the necessary services, labor, material, equipment, controls, management and engineering required to install and make operable a material handling and storage system for ddjc. Equipment requirements include: pallet rack storage system, pallet rack storage vehicles, complete with Battery sets and chargers, block/floor storage system and storage system vehicles, pallet conveyor system, semiautomatic pallet stretch wrap machines, workstations, communication cable tray system, and associated electrical distribution systems. This system is to be installed in the new general purposes warehouse located at the Defense Distribution depot, San joaquin, ca (Sharpe site location). Period of performance is 365 calendar days ARO.
