Lucas, Contracting Officer, at (907) 384-7105 or Facsimile (907) 384-7112 (Site Code DAHC76) The Government intends to negotiate solely with IBM, 6700 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), to procure IBM hardware and software to replace existing IBM mainframe and software, as well as de-installation of existing items (IBM #4361-5 central processing unit; #3880 disk controller; #3880 disk, DASD (5 each); #3370 disk, DASD (3 each); #3803-2 tape controller; #3420 tape drives (4 each); and #3278-2A display unit), installation of new hardware/software, and training. Major components include IBM #22767 hardware and software. Training consists of #VM/ESA course #S9117, COBOL course #N2020, VM/ESA course #S3700, TC/IP course #G3740, and TC/IP course G3787. #S90 Support Family Service must be provided for a 2-month period. All system and device control software must be compatible with Army Standard Information Management Systems software, and be year 2000 compliant.
