70 -- CONSOLIDATED AUTOMATED SUPPORT SYSTEM (CASS) SOFTWARE POC Contact, Ray Andrews, Phone (703)604-2119 On a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Corporation, Information Systems Division, 12506 Lake Underhill Road, Orlando, FL 32825-5002, the Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a provision item order under Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) contract N00019-94-C-0222. The purpose of the provision item order is to revise and update the Automated Technical Information (ATI) for CASS in accordance with approved Engineering Change Proposals, Technical Publications Deficiency Reports, Manual Change Requests, Support Equipment Bulletins, and Technical Manual Contract Requirements and to implement a process that will enable conversion of the current ATI development system. Lockheed Martin will also provide interconnect requirements and software necessary for possible stand-up of a Government site for development and/or update CASS ATI. Lockheed Martin is the designer and developer of CASS and as such is the only firm with the knowledge and expertise to fulfill this requirement within the limited time constraints of the Navy.
