Twenty-nine various dairy and ice cream products with the following estimated annual quantities: 10,500 containers of Buttermilk, 96,000 lbs Cottage Cheese, 6,000 pints Sour Cream, 1,000 quarts Egg Nog, 27,000 containers Ice Milk, 260,000 containers Lowfat Chocolate Milk, 10 containers Whole Milk, 440,000 containers Lowfat Milk, 123,000 containers Skim Milk, 187,000 containers Yogurt, 67,000 gallons 100% pure Orange Juice, 1,100 dozen various flavors sherbet, 2,000 dozen Popsicle Ice Bar, 3,100 dozen Ice Cream Bar, 4,500 dozen Ice Cream Sandwich, 5,000 dozen Ice Cream Cone, 1,600 dozen Fudge Ice Cream Bar, 1,300 dozen Chocolate Ice Cream, 1,100 dozen Strawberry Ice Cream, 1,300 dozen Vanilla Ice Cream and 800 dozen Sherbet Ice Cream Bar. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The contractor shall furnish products under this contract which originate from an establishment currently appearing in the Directory of Sanitarily Approved Food Establishments for Armed Forces Procurement, as published by Headquarters, US Army Health Services Command. Dairy establishments having a pasteurized milk compliance rating of 90 or more, as certified by a state milk sanitation rating officer and listed in "Sanitation Compliance and Enforcement Ratings of Interstate Milk Shippers List (IMSL)", published quarterly by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service, may serve as sources of dairy products listed in the current IMSL, including flavored drinks and other novelty fluid items. Dairy plants listed in the USDA publication, "Dairy Plants Surveyed and Approved for USDA Grading Service" may serve as sources of manufactured or processed dairy products as listed.
