Special Requirements -- Responding laboratories shall possess a Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) or agreement State license that specifically states they may receive radioisotopes of any atomic number in any form. This would include samples received for analysis. The laboratory shall be able to perform the following tests on hazardous waste that is regulated under both the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) because of its polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) content: Sampling and Shipping Schedule.
