This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. The James A. Haley VA Hospital intends to purchase Gen-Probe or Equal assay using amplification technologies for TB detection. Assay shall also include all testing equipment needed. All equipment and supplies for assay shall be FDA approved. Quotations shall be submitted on an "all or none" basis. Partial quotations shall be rejected. All quotations shall be F.O.B. destination and shall state the delivery time for items. Offerors shall provide a complete set of provisions with quotation found at 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items. Provision and clauses found at 52.212-1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 and 852.210-77 also apply.
