Invitation to Bid: Notice is given that Adams & Associates, Inc., on behalf of the U.S. Department of Labor will accept bids for project #WL97-06 for bathroom renovation at the Woodland Job Corps Center, 3300 Ft. Meade Rd., Laurel, MD 20724. Work will be done in accordance with Center's scope of work, described in general as: furnish the necessary labor & materials to renovate 7 Center bathrooms. This contract will include design & as-built drawings, & shall consist of, but not limited to, demolition, removal and/or replacement of all plumbing, electric, mechanical & ductwork fixtures & accessories, handicapped-related materials & signage (as required by law), all of which to be delineated in the scope of work. All work is to meet local, state, & federal regulations. All interested contractors must attend a pre-bid meeting & walk-through to be held at the Center 3/18/97. Sealed bids to be received at the Woodland Job Corps Center until 10:00 p.m. on 4/15/97 Adams & Associates, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities & select bidders deemed most responsible. Project funding from the Federal Government Department of Labor which approved these funds for use by Woodland Job Corps Center.
