The objective of the Request for Proposal is to procure a Contractor capable of performing Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Services for the Interim Corrective Action Groundwater Remediation System (ICAGRS) at Pueblo Chemical Depot (PCD) near Pueblo, Colorado. The services required of the Contractor will include but is not limited to, the operation of the (ICAGRS); maintenance and repair of all related equipment, wells, facilities, and grounds, waste management and disposal; monitoring of the groundwater recovery, treatment and discharge subsystems; extensive groundwater sample assessment; groundwater and solute transport modeling; document and report generation; and adherence to all applicable permits, conditions and regulatory requirements. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract, lowest, technically acceptable offer. The performance period will be one base year, with four one year options, a total of five years, options will be evaluted at time of award. See Note 1.
