The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) intends to award a sole source contract to Thermo NuTech. This contract will provide for a Comprehensive Health and Safety Plan, processing and stabilization of the remaining 60,000 MT of soil, and updated engineering drawings. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Contractors capable of offering their service must respond within 15 days of the date of this notice by submitting specific technical capability to provide this service consistent at the WBS level three. All responses received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
