The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire services for the performance of independent technical investigations of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) projects. Total estimated manhours are 4,300,000 for a base year plus nine (9) option years. The contractor shall be responsible for: Pre-sale Planning Assessment, Site Survey Planning, Maintenance Planning and Analysis, Quantitative Resource Analysis, Program Evaluation, Program Implementation, Follow-on ILS Planning, Industrial Participation Planning, Joint Program Planning, Out-ofProduction Support Planning, Logistics Technical Assistance, Interoperability and Standardization, Analysis of Navy and DoD Programs for International Logistics Considerations, and Training Program Development.
