DEFENSE FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SERVICE TECHNOLOGY EXPO The Defense Finance & Accounting Service will host a technology expo on April 8, 1997 in Denver, CO. In addition to being the only location that is responsible for payroll for the Air Force, this center is also the only location responsible for Foreign Military Sales. By 1996, the Center will be one of two locations responsible for paying 400,000 DoD civilians.
