The instruction will consist of academic and ground device training for the U-2 Aircrew. Courseware shall be developed using the current, updated model of Instructional System Development as defined in AFM 36-2234 and AFM 36-2235. The successful offeror and employees must obtain a security clearance at the classification level of SECRET. All interested offerors will have an opportunity to attend a pre-performance conference as outlined in Section L of the solicitation. The Anticipated award date is 1 Oct 97, to include a three month phase-in period with contract performance beginning 1 Jan 98. Four (4) one year option periods, are planned beginning 1 Oct 98 and ending 30 Sep 02. The solicitation will be available on the INTERNET on or about 25 April 1997.
