Contractor shall be required to provide a Design Plan, Script, and Production and Authoring which will include contractor required participation in a week long content development meeting identifying course content, writing of a script of 800 screens, and production and authoring of the course using Authorware. Sixty-five (65) sets on 3 1/2" disks of the final course software to be delivered on 486 compatible PC's (or better) on a LAN network running Windows 3.x and/or Windows NT. Graphics standard is VGA, 16 colors, standard Windows palette (640x480, 100dpi). Request for Proposal to be issued March 31 1997. Request for Proposal will be due April 30, 1997.
