SOL LINDAL-7070-0001 POC CONTRACT SPECIALIST LINDA LYSIAK (309) 782-8591 (Site Code DAAA08) The government is seeking sources for consulting services to DOD and Department of the Army for Government personnel. The contractor shall provide Commercial Activities technical services between 21 April 1997 and 30 September 1997 to support the U.S. Army Management Engineering College (AMEC) consulting mission. Each member of the contractor's staff who conducts consulting for AMEC shall have the following qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of government experience in conducting consulting in the Commercial Activities (A-76) areas (MS, MEO, and QASP) or manpower area in which the project is being performed; and A minimum of 3 years of government experience, during the past 15 years, directly associated with Commercial Activities (A-76) including MS, MEO, PWS, and QASP or manpower study materials in a Federal work environment; or Successful government experience within the last 15 years leading a consultant project which included detailed investigation or application of principal Commercial Activities (A-76) areas, (MS, MEO, PWS, and QASP) being addressed in each specific project. Please note: No formal solicitation will be issued at this time and funds are not currently available. However, the government is interested in developing a list of vendors to which requirements may be periodically addressed and pricing requested. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the government.
