Y -- ENERGY IMPROVEMENTS-ECIP -- FORT MCPHERSON, GEORGIA SOL DACA21-97-B-0035 POC Stephen turner (Technical Questions) 912/652-5722 Dee Henderson (Contractual Questions) 912/652-5289 Project consists of various energy conservation measures including retrofitting or replacing existing exit signs with LED signs in miscellaneous buildings, installation of an automatic lighting control system in a single office building of approximately 250,000 square feet and a one-for-one replacement of fluorescent fixtures with new fluorescent fixtures with parabolic lens, electronic ballasts, and T-8 lamps. All work is in occupied buildings and will require close coordination, work after normal work hours, and phasing of construction. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $500,000 to $1,000,000. Solicitation documents will be available April 4, 1997 (approx.).
