The contractor shall furnish all parts, tools, labor, supervision and materials necessary to Add/Alter Building #32, Aerospace Ground Equipment(AGE) Shop. Magnatude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Work will consist of, but not limited to, concrete foundation and floor slab, concrete block walls and roof structure. Exterior to match existing building. Interior will consist of rearranging of walls and utility systems. The solicitation packages will be issued on or about 04 April 1997 with bid opening scheduled on or about 06 May 1997. Contract performance time is 270 calendar days following issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Interested parties may request the solicitation package, when it becomes available, in writing, on company letterhead with a cashier's check or money order enclosed for the amount of $55.00. Only cashier's checks or money orders will be accepted and will be madepayable to U.S. Treasury. No company checks will be accepted.
