Facility Number 1 (Repair Fuels Tank Farm) consist of replacing off-loading/defuel header and off-loading pumps to allow defueling and unloading of commercial tanker trucks. Also involved will be the installation of a new spill containment and collection system for the entire off-loading area. Facility Number 2 (Repair Fuels Pier and Pipeline) consist repairing the fuel pier pipeline supports, access ramps, wood dolphins and operator shed. Facility Number 3 (Repair 48 Area Fuel Systems) consist of cleaning three 6" hydrant laterals, repair existing electrical control pits, replace three steel lateral control pit covers and install a probe leak detection system on all underground piping. Associated concrete work, controls, wiring systems, and miscellaneous metals are also included in the repair of the various POL Facilities. A Network Analysis will be required for this project. Magnitude of project is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Duration of the project is 450 days. This is an unrestricted procurement. SIC Code 1542 applies.
