Z -- ADD/ALTER DINING FACILITY, BLDG 71, INDIAN SPRINGS AFAF, NV SOL F26600-97-B-C702 POC 1Lt Allen Martin, 702-652-9116, and J. Buky, 702-652-2531 Contractor shall provide all required labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, supervision and all else necessary to provide general demolition and construction on the Indian Springs Air Force Auxiliary Field, Nevada, an existing single story building (B-71) as necessary for the construction of a remodeled kitchen, serving and cashier areas; expanded dining and storage areas; exterior improvements; a new HVAC system; general finish upgrades; and miscellaneous other interior modifications. Work involves demolition, architectural and interior modifications, some structural changes, roof adjustment, mechanical and electrical modifications, site modifications, and landscaping improvements. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $1 Million and $5 Million with a phased performance period of 180 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1541 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $17 million. All firms, including small and small disadvantaged business concerns, shall be given maximum practical opportunity to compete. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted and open to all firms. An evaluation preference may be given to small disadvantaged concerns. A nonrefundable check in the amount of $37.00, made out to "DFAS-SB 672300" must be provided for each solicitation requested.
