Work includes the removal of existing ceramic tile and wallboard that forms the shower enclosures, removal of existing shower pans, removal of existing mixing valves and shower heads, installation of new mixing valves and shower heads, installation of new one-piece seamless acrylic showers with integral high-dome ceiling, and incidental related work. Estimated cost of this project is less than $25,000. SIC code is 1711. Performance time is 45 calendar days.
