The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, utilities, supervision, and management, unless otherwise specified herein, required for bituminous concrete pavements maintenance and repairs and sealing of cracks and joints in Portland concrete pavement joints and cracks. The work includes (1) repairing pot or chuck holes, upheavals, badly cracked or deteriorated bituminous concrete pavement in airfields, roads, driveways, parking lots or sidewlaks, to include the removal of deteriorated pavement; (2) placing bituminous concrete pavement of various thickness, mix and overlays to airfields, roads, driveways and other areas; (3) adjusting the elevations of inlet frames and manhole frames; (4) repairing bituminous concrete pavement of sidewalks and roadways; (5) resetting and replacing granite curbing; (6) repairing/replacing bituminous curbing; (7) excavating ditches; (8) performing emergency bituminous concrete pavement repairs; (9) sealing random cracks and joints in bituminous and Portland concrete pavements; (10) loaming, seeding and mulching of areas disturbed during execution of work; (11) repairing/replacing concrete curbing; (12) replacing catch basins and manholes; (13) marking pavements; and (14) incidental related work. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and Two (2) option years. There is a guaranteed minimum of $10,000. The estimated cost range for this solicitation is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Subject solicitation will be issued as unrestricted and subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFAR 252.219-7008, NOTICE OF EVALUATION PREFERENCE FOR SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS CONCERNS -- CONSTRUCTION ACQUISITIONS -- TEST PROGRAM (APR 1996).
