Hughes Technical Center of the Federal Aviation Administration, located at Atlantic City International Airport, NJ. intends to establish an Aircraft Shuttle Service from the Atlantic City International Airport (FAA facility) to Washington National Airport with a Certified FAR 135 charter operator. The schedule will include two(2) round trips a day for two days a week (preferently Tuesdays and Thursdays). and the possibility of an additional two (2) round trips on Wednesday. The aircraft should be least a twin engine turboprop with a minimum of 15 seats. The initial period of performance will be for six(6)months with a optional period of six(6) months. The initial Screening Information request(SIR) will be placed on the internet on or before March 21, 1997. The anticipated award date will be April 15, 1997.
