which shall be manufactured in accordance with NAVSURFWARCENDIV
performance specifications. The machine will be used to process
developmental pyrotechnic materials. The system shall be capable of
filling molds of various geometries with pyrotechnic slurries. The
system shall be semi-automatic, and it must be capable of fitting
through a 27" wide door opening. All components in the system shall be
explosion proof rated according to any of the following recognized

shall use 4 molds per filling cycle, and the molds shall be of
split-half type for ease of removal of product. The reservoir capacity
of the system shall be a minimum of 2 gallons. The system shall
require a maximum of 8 minutes to execute a single filly cycle
(insertion of molds, filling, removal of filled molds). The system
shall use positive pressure assistance and vacuum assistance to inject
composition into molds. The system shall be capable of processing
compositions with viscosities from 100,000 to 2,000,000 centipoise. The
system shall provide for circulated water thermostatting of material
awaiting injection (in the reservoir, etc). The customer will make
provision for thermostatted water circulation. The system shall be
remotely controlled from a control panel located outside the room in
which the system is located. All parameters of the system performance,
except for system temperature control, shall be controllable from this
panel. Electrical, pneumatic and plumbing utilities of the system shall
be capable of interfacing with NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane installation site
