The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this buy as an addition to an existing contract DAAB07-97-C-E304, sole source to Lockheed Martin Information Systems, 12506 Lake Underhill Road, Orlando, Florida. Sole source IAW Authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1(b)(2). Lockheed Martin is the sole proprietor and the Government does not own the technical data (drawings or specifications).
