The exchange model is located at NSWC CRANE. This requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis from TA Instruments Inc., 109 Lukens Drive, New Castle, DE 19720, since TA Instrument is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and the system must totally interface with existing Thermal Analysis System (TA2100). Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to NSWC 30 days after contract award. A fixed priced purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). It is anticipated that a formal Request for Quote will be issued. In a SAP, this procurement is exclusively reserved for Small Business Concerns in accordance with FAR clause 52.219-6.
