Haley VA Hospital intends to purchase sixty (60) conference chairs for delivery to Ft. Richardson, Alaska. Quotations shall be submitted on Vecta (mfg), Model: Wilkahn Series #612229 or equal product. Chair description as follows: one piece diecast aluminum 5 prong base with telescoping black hub cover, black dual wheel casters, field replaceable upholstery, manual height adjustment, finish-thermoset black. Fabric manufactured by ARC-COM Fabrics: fabric pattern #AC-63963 Geometry, fabric color cobalt #4. Quotations shall be submitted on an "all or none" basis. Partial quotations shall be rejected. All quotations shall state Delivery time, F.O.B. point, shipping weight and cost if any.
