Box 6024, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. Orders will be issued for engineering services for support of the Competitive Evaluation Field Test (CEFT) as a member of the Government and Industry Data Analysis Team for the Magic Lantern (ML) and ATD 111 Fly-Off Systems. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1). Arete has supported ATD 111 efforts in the past and is therefore, the only company (outside of Lockheed Martin/Sanders Company -- the ATD 111 manufacturer) which possesses the technical knowledge required to satisfactorily support the CEFT in its analysis of fly-off results. No other source has the technical qualifications/knowledge to perform the work described herein, nor will any other services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
