The Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with William and Harriet Scott, 918 Mackall Avenue, McLean, VA on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense, International Security Policy. The contractor will provide (1) unclassified profiles on senior Russian and other CIS general officers and admirals as they move into new positions within the defense structure of Russia and the other CIS states, (2) categorize those involved in current issue areas, such as military relations with the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and foreign nations, arms control, military sales, conversion, peace-keeping operations (internal and external), and political alliances, (3) provide supplementary, unclassified identification and information on over 35,000 senior general officers and admirals in both Russia and other Republics of the former Soviet Union.
