Lawrence, (423) 751-6320 TVA is looking at establishing an agreement for the servicing of TVA employee-owned personal computer equipment located at the employees homes. Services will be provided under the administrative and technical direction of TVAs Information Services Information Technology Service Center (ITSC). The services geography of the equipment will be throughout the seven-state Tennessee Valley area. Such services may include installation and setup of hardware and software, hardware repair, hardware upgrades, operating system and applications software problem diagnosis, user assistance, telecommunications equipment (i.e., modems, coax cable interfaces, etc.) installations and setup, operational instruction in the usage of the equipment, etc. The term of the agreement will be for a one- year period of time with the option to extend for additional one-year periods.
