Edwards, (618) 256-9583 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to acquire all intra-LATA switched services within the United States and its territories directly from the Local Exchange Carriers (LECs), at published tariff prices. This includes local business lines, Integrated Switched Digital Network (ISDN) Basic Rate Interface (BRI), or other switched services. Interested companies wishing to compete for services at competitive prices (lower than the published tariff prices), are invited to express their interest, in writing, to DITCO/DTS32, Attn: Rose M. Edwards, 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5406. Each interested company must specify the types of service they can provide (e.g., business lines, ISDN-BRI) and the geographic locations where these services are available. A source list will be maintained specifying types of service and locations where these services are available.
