DeVico, Phone (703)604-0903 The Government intends to issue a simplified acquisition purchase order to Jankovic & Associates, Inc. a small business, located at 818 18th St. NW, Suite 840, Washington, DC 20006. The purchase order will be for engineering test and evaluation support, and Russian to English -- English to Russian oral and written translation services in support of the MA-31 extended range foreign development and test program within PMA-208, Targets and Decoys Program Office. The approximate cost of the P.O. will be $54,000 in labor plus approximately $6,000 for travel and other direct costs. The period of performance is MAR 97 through DEC 97. Jankovic & Associates have prior experience on the MA-31 program that can not be readily duplicated or transferred to other contractors to support the MA-31 schedule. The unique mix of skills possessed by Jankovic & Associates including Naval aviation operational flight experience, DOD/ Navy T & E/ new technologies policy experience, and intimate knowledge of the Russian language and culture, coupled with prior experience gained on the program since 1994, make Jankovic & Associates uniquely qualified for this effort. -- NAVAIR Synopsis No. 40040-97.
