The U.S. Department of the Interior has a requirement for a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to develop a Workload Package. The requirements for the Workload Package is to physically examine, record, and number all mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. Also the contractor is to provide a complete and accurate database containing all information concerning the mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
