USAID is issuing a Request for Application (RFA) for Regional and/or Country Interventions in HIV/AIDS, Results Package #2. The RFA is anticipated to be issued on March 19, 1997, with proposals to be submitted by May 2, 1997. It has been determined that a cost share is not applicable for this RFA.
