Seven (7) rooms are required, suitable for double occupancy, to be reserved for DVAMC USE ONLY for five (5) nights per week, beginning Sunday of each week and ending Thursday. Contractor shall furnish a compact refridgerator upon request of DVAMC staff, furnish transportation to and from lodging facility and the Lurleen B. Wallace Tumor Institute and the DVAMC. Also, furnish transportation from the lodging facility to and from the DVAMC for evening meals. Contractor must be within a ten (10) block radius of the DVAMC, 700 South 19th Street, Birmingham, AL. Period of contract is July 1, 1997 through September 30, 1997, with two (2) one year option year renewals.
