Part One will require offerors to submit data regarding technical qualifications. All offerors meeting the technical qualifications in Part One will be allowed to go forward into Part Two and submit lump-sum price proposals. A non-refundable charge of $50.00 will be required in order for offerors to obtain Part One Technical documents. Part Two will require a non-refundable charge of $350.00.
