Hurst, 757-764-7681 Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material, and perform all work associated with the renovation of approximately 4300 SF of interior of an existing cold storage facility to include asbestos and lead-based paint abatement, removal and replacement of new finishes, interior partitions, doors, frames and hardware. The toliet facilities are also to be renovated. The renovation includes extensive electrical and mechanical work (MUHJ 90-0104) at Langley AFB, VA. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications, and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000, SIC is 1541.
