In addition to the FY97 base year requirement, four (4) option years are also required with estimated engineering man-hours requirements of 15,000 in FY98, 15,000 in FY99, 15,000 in FY00, and 15,000 in FY01. Northrop Grumman is the design agent and system integrator for the AN/SPS-67(V)3. It is the only company which has the technical knowledge, experience, software tools and development test site to perform the Design Agent and System Integration Engineering Services within the required time frame.
