Tyson, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command, F-14 Tomcat Program, intends to negotiate a delivery order against Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0001 with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Bethpage, New York, for a study to assess modifications necessary to existing F-14 aircraft to permit the installation of an improved Heads Up Display (HUD) system. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F-14 aircraft, Northrop Grumman is the only known source with the required knowledge and expertise of the aircraft configurations to successfully accomplish this effort.
