anne_villareale@hq.dla.mil. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has a
need for a contractor to perform an objective and critical review and
assessment of the Headquarters (HQ) and DLA Administrative Support
Center (DASC) organizations; and the delivery mode for common support
and services being provided to the HQ from both other HQ offices and
DASC. Support services include, but are not limited to, training and
workforce development, budget formulation and execution, Program
Objective Memorandum (POM), Government Performance and Results Act
(GPRA) initiatives, organization management, public affairs,
Congressional affairs, environmental compliance and initiatives,
automated data processing support, information and physical security,
and human resources. Upon assessment of the support services the
contractor shall design the most effective support structure(s) for the
delivery of support services at the HQ. Deliverables include an interim
outline and briefing 45 days after contract award, and a final report
and briefing 90 days after contract award. The award decision shall be
