The Treasury Department, Financial Management Service, intends to enter into a sole source Commercial Item (CI) procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) with Sterling Software, 15301 Dallas Parkway, Suite 400, Dallas, Texas, 75248 to provide maintenance for the VECTOR CONNEXION Software. Sterling shall provide FMS timely solutions, corrections, modifications, refinements, enhancements, and new releases to the software. Sterling shall furnish maintenance, documentation, and other contractor support services required for the support of the software.
