Three concentric fixed radius plots and a transect are established at each point. In addition, a fourth fixed radius plot is established at point 1 to sample the rare occurrence of large diameter trees. Estimate 166 sample units (100 sample units on the Okanogan NF, and 66 sample units on the Wenatchee NF). This is a reprocurement of two defaulted contracts (0076)
