Dumas, Contracting Officer, 817-782-6266 The contractor is to remove
exisiting ventilators and then reinstall new ventilators with manual
shutters. The exisiting lightning rods are to be reused. New wire,
clamps, and grounds rods are to be installed as needed. Each ventilator
shall be connected to the existing vent pipe so that it will not allow
water to enter into the magazine. Each ventilator will consist of
ducting, reducer, manual shutter, ventilator base, #10 wire, and a
5/8-inch by 6-inch ground with clamp; the vent cap shall not allow
