Orders will be issued to inspect, test, disassemble, repair, overhaul, recondition, modify, replace alter (including design changes and new parts as applicable), and prepare for shipment the Improved Non Penetrating Periscope System pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2).
