The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Government's intention to acquire continued Contractor Representative Services for technical demonstrations and problem resolutions with fielded GUARDRAIL Common Sensor Systems at various locations worldwide and at the contractor's plant, under DAAB07-91-G-M003, Delivery Order 0007. This is a Time and Materials effort, not to exceed nine (9) months. The contract number referenced is with TRW/SIG of Sunnyvale, CA. The authority for this support is FAR 6.302-1(b)(ii), 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as a unique service available from only the incumbent contractor having knowledge and experience to meet the Government's on-site requirements. No technical data package is available. All responsible sources may aubmit bids or proposals which shall be considered by the agency. To become a user of the EBB, you will need an identification code and password in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the EBB system. A user's identification code and password will be issued upon request along with instructions for downloading the EBB User's Manual.
