R -- MODIFICATION TO THE NATIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFERENCE SERVICE CONTRACT (NCJRS) POC Raymond C. German, Contracting Officer, (202) 307-0613 The Office of Justice Programs intends to modify on a sole source basis Contract OJP-94-C-006, entitled NATIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFERENCE SERVICE (NCJRS) with Aspen Systems Corporation, 1600 Research Boulevard, Rockville, Maryland 20850. The modification will extend Contractor support for the DOJ Response Center under Task 16, entitled BUREAU OF JUSTICE ASSISTANCE, through June 30, 1997. The extension is necessary to allow OJP additional time to award a follow-on contract for the DOJ Response Center requirements, using full and open competition, prior to June 30, 1997.
