Y -- Y -- 93 ROAD FLOOD REPAIR AND RUSH CREEK ROAD CLOSURE SOL R6-3-97-012 DUE 042197 POC Contracting Officer (360) 750-5088 This project consists of repairing 4 flood sites on Forest Road9300 and closing 2 spur roads off Forest Road 90 M.P. 1.3, 1.5 and 6.4 on the 93 are fills to be replaced with rock borrow.M.P. 6.4 also includes a perferated drain pipe and 18" cross drain culvert. Replace base rock with Government Furnished rock and repave. M.P. 1.6 consists of removing woody debris from cut bank and ditchline, also removing unsuitable material and hauling to Quarry. The 2 spur roads require road closure berms and backhoe obilteration of road. All sites require seeding and fertilizing all disturbed ground. See Note(s): 1, 2. (0076)
